INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Point the tip of the bottle to the area where you want to spray the product and spray the product on the skin.

First aid in case of injuries
The RICE principle is applied:
Rest - rest (do not move, relax the injured area);
I ce - ice, cold! ( 24 – 48 hours ); Especially suitable are Easy Ice ice bags, spray freezers Bonum Ice 400ml and Dr.Henning Chloretil 175ml.
C ompression - easily bandage the damaged area, we recommend Physicool Combi.
E levation - raise the injured limb.
Important! The ice should not touch the skin directly (apply through a wet cloth). Refrigerated every 1.5 - 2 hours. The duration of freezing is 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the damaged area.
We recommend using Easy Ice cold packs immediately after an injury. After that, aerosol freezers Bonum Ice 400ml and Dr.Henning Chloretil 175ml.
