Consumption. It is recommended to dissolve the granules in 150-200 ml of non-carbonated water or juice, and take together with 3 capsules once a day before or during a meal.
Warnings. It contains easily absorbed carbohydrates (about 8.9 g per 1 daily dose), so it is necessary to control the metabolism (due to possible disorders of glucose tolerance). Contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid diseases, consult your doctor before using Orthomol® Natal. Contains soy. When taking the food supplement Orthomol Natal, accidental discharge of urine or milk is possible.
Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute.
