Net content: 492 g (explanation: 30 daily doses, where 1 daily dose consists of a packet of powder (15 g) and 2 capsules (1.4 g)).
Vitamin C helps maintain the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal function of bone cartilage. Vitamins K, D, zinc, manganese help maintain normal bone condition. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bone health.

Powder ingredients. Consumption. It is recommended to dissolve the contents of the packet (15 g of powder) in 200-300 ml of non-carbonated water or juice, and use it once a day during or after a meal. Also take 2 capsules with a sufficient amount of water.
Warnings. The composition contains easily absorbed carbohydrates, so metabolic control is necessary when using it (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). The food supplement is not recommended for use by pregnant women, lactating women and children under 18 years of age.
Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
Contains no gluten or lactose.
Store at a temperature no higher than 25 0C, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children.
