Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.*

Directions. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (15 g of powder) in 150–200 ml of still water or juice and take once a day with or after a meal, together with the capsules and tablet.
Warnings. Contains iodine. If you have a thyroid condition, consult a doctor before taking Orthomol® Vital m. Contains readily absorbable carbohydrates (approx. 10.4 g per daily dose), so metabolic monitoring is necessary in case of impaired glucose tolerance. Contains soya.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
