Directions. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (15 g of powder) in 200 ml of still water or juice and take once a day with or after a meal. Also take 2 capsules with sufficient water.
Warnings. Contains readily absorbable carbohydrates, so metabolic monitoring is necessary in case of impaired glucose tolerance. Contains beta-carotene, which has colouring properties. People taking medicines that affect blood clotting should consult a doctor before starting Omnival® orthomolekular 2OH vital® and monitor their blood coagulation parameters during use. Vitamin C may increase the absorption of iron in the gut. People with elevated iron levels should consult a doctor before starting Omnival® orthomolekular 2OH vital®. The high vitamin C content may increase bowel movements. People with kidney stones should consult a doctor before taking Omnival® orthomolekular 2OH vital®. The fish oil capsules may cause fishy burps, so it is recommended to take them in the evening.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.
