Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels; psyllium husk supports normal bowel function and helps prevent constipation.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ingredients. Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk, psyllium husk, sugar, coconut oil, barley malt extract, syrup, resistant starch, antioxidant rosemary extracts.
6 g (2 teaspoons) / 3 g (1 teaspoon) contain: 3.9 g / 1.95 g dietary fibre.
Directions. Children over 12 and adults: 6 g (2 teaspoons) 1–3 times a day. Children aged 6 and over: 3 g (1 teaspoon) once a day, stirred into porridge or yoghurt or mixed with water/juice. Drink sufficient water (200–400 ml) when taking this supplement. Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Can be taken every day.
Warnings. Take at least 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after taking medicines, as this supplement may interfere with the absorption of medicines. Dietary fibre and psyllium husk may cause digestive discomfort. In this case, halve the dose and then increase it gradually. Digestive discomfort disappears after a few days of regular use.
