Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels; psyllium husk supports normal bowel function and helps prevent constipation. Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ingredients. Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk, psyllium husk, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sugar, coconut oil, resistant starch, antioxidant rosemary extracts.
10 g (2 tablespoons) contain (% RI*): 4.7 g dietary fibre, 560 mg (70%) calcium.

Directions. Children over 12 and adults: 10 g (2 tablespoons) 1–2 times a day. Drink 1–2 glasses (200–400 ml) of water when taking this supplement. Can be taken on its own, mixed with water or another liquid, or added to yoghurt or porridge.
Warnings. Take at least 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after taking medicines, as this supplement may interfere with the absorption of medicines. Dietary fibre and psyllium husk may cause digestive discomfort. In this case, halve the dose and then increase it gradually. Digestive discomfort disappears after a few days of regular use.
Gluten-free.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
Once opened, use within 3 months.
