Ingredients. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), Nepali hog plum (Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt & Hill) fruit, guaiacum (Guaiacum coulteri) wood, costus (Saussurea costus (Falc.) Lipschitz) root, nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) seed, chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula Retz) fruit, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed, red silk-cotton tree (Bombax ceiba L.) flower, clove (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merril et L.M.Perry) bud, liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root, frankincense (Boswellia frereana Birdw.) resin, asafoetida (Ferula assa-foetida L.) resin.

Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 96 mg (1 capsule). 1/2/4 capsules contain the following active ingredients: 60/120/240 mg Nepali hog plum (Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt & Hill) fruit, 50/100/200 mg guaiacum (Guaiacum coulteri) wood, 40/80/160 mg costus (Saussurea costus (Falc.) Lipschitz) root, 40/80/160 mg nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) seed, 40/80/160 mg chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula Retz) fruit, 35/70/140 mg asafoetida (Ferula assa-foetida L.) resin, 30/60/120 mg red silk-cotton tree (Bombax ceiba L.) flower, 30/60/120 mg clove (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merril et L.M.Perry) bud, 30/60/120 mg liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root, 20/40/80 mg frankincense (Boswellia frereana Birdw.) resin, 15/30/60 mg fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed.

Directions. Take 2–4 capsules per day. It is recommended to take 1–2 capsules in the morning before a meal and 1–2 capsules in the evening after a meal with warm water.

Warnings. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
