Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.*

Directions. Shake well before use. Take the contents of 1 vial (23.4 g), dissolved in 150 ml of water or juice if desired, once a day with or after a meal, together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules.
Warnings. Contains readily absorbable carbohydrates, so metabolic monitoring is necessary in case of impaired glucose tolerance. Consult a doctor before taking Orthomol® Vital m.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
