Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folates, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iodine, manganese and copper help maintain normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper and iodine help maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help protect cells from oxidative damage.
DHA helps maintain normal brain function, helps preserve normal vision.*

Consumption. Shake well before use. It is recommended to take the contents of 1 bottle (23.4 g) dissolved in 150 ml of water or juice once a day during or after a meal, together with omega-3 fatty acid capsules.
Warnings. The composition contains easily absorbed carbohydrates, so metabolic control is necessary when using it (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Consult your doctor before taking the Orthomol® Vital m food supplement.
Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place out of the reach of children.
