Net content: 483 g (explanation: 30 daily doses, where one daily dose consists of a packet containing 15 g of powder, 1 tablet and 1 capsule (1.2 g)).
Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folates, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper help to maintain normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper and iodine help maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help protect cells from oxidative damage. Calcium is needed to maintain the normal condition of bones and teeth.
DHA helps maintain normal brain function, helps preserve normal vision.*

Consumption. It is recommended to dissolve the content of 1 packet (15 g of powder) in 150-200 ml of non-carbonated water or juice and use it once a day during or after a meal, together with the capsule and tablet.
Warnings. Contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid diseases, consult your doctor before using Orthomol® vital f. The composition contains easily absorbed carbohydrates (about 10.4 g per 1 daily dose), so it is necessary to control the metabolism (due to possible disorders of glucose tolerance). Contains soy.
Contains no gluten or lactose.
Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute.
Store at a temperature no higher than 25 0C, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children.
