Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage.

Ingredients. Directions. Dissolve the powder in 150–200 ml of still water or juice and take together with 2 capsules once a day with or after a meal. The tablet should be taken half an hour before a meal.
Warnings. Contains readily absorbable carbohydrates (approx. 8.2 g per daily dose), so metabolic monitoring is necessary in case of impaired glucose tolerance. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are taking medicines that affect blood clotting, blood coagulation parameters should be checked frequently while taking this supplement, especially at the start and end of use. Contains soya.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
