Orthomol Osteo – a food supplement with calcium, vitamins D3 and K and other micronutrients. Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium, and vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for bones.

Directions: mix the contents of one sachet daily with approximately 150–200 ml of still water and drink with or after a meal.
Important information:
In case of impaired glucose tolerance, use with caution (6.9 g of carbohydrates per daily dose).
Orthomol Osteo must not be used in cases of severe kidney dysfunction.
One daily dose of this product contains 1170 mg of potassium. This should be taken into account when taking digitalis at the same time.
The potassium citrate content corresponds to 30 mEq per daily dose.
Orthomol Osteo contains 200 µg of vitamin K per day, which may reduce the effectiveness of coumarin-type anticoagulants (e.g. Marcumar). If you are taking any of these medicines, consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
