Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, to normal amino acid synthesis and to normal blood formation. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamins D, B12 and folate have a role in the process of cell division. Vitamins C, B6, B12, D, folate, iron, zinc, selenium and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function.

Directions. Dissolve the granules in 150–200 ml of still water or juice and take together with 3 capsules once a day before or with a meal.
Warnings. Contains readily absorbable carbohydrates (approx. 8.9 g per daily dose), so metabolic monitoring is necessary in case of impaired glucose tolerance. Contains iodine. If you have a thyroid condition, consult a doctor before taking Orthomol® Natal. Contains soya. Taking Orthomol Natal may cause discolouration of urine or breast milk.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
