Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage. Zinc, magnesium, manganese, vitamins K and D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ingredients. Directions. Dissolve the powder in 150–200 ml of still water or juice and take together with 2 capsules once a day with or after a meal.
Warnings. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children. If you are taking medicines that affect blood clotting, blood coagulation parameters should be checked at regular intervals, especially at the start and end of use. Contains soya.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
